Essential Knowledge for Brands Considering Bricks-and-Mortar: How to Know if its Right for You, and What to Do Next
May 13th at 5:30
Register by emailing hello@districtlylocal.com
The dream of owning your own retail storefront is real - Pedal Retail will talk about the good, the bad and the ugly to help you decide whether it's right for your business. We'll dive into the financial, business and lifestyle implications of having your own bricks-and-mortar shop. Then, we'll explain how the space rental process works (spoiler alert: it's not like renting an apartment), including who you'll need to hire, how much it costs and different basic deal structures (ie pop-up versus long term lease). This seminar is a safe space to ask questions about the process, which can be unnecessarily complicated and intimidating.
